7-Day Tarnish Warranty
We stand behind the quality of our materials. A 7-day warranty period for tarnishing begins from the date you receive your order. To process a claim, the item must pass an inspection to verify it was not exposed to harsh chemicals or handled in a way that caused intentional damage.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery. To qualify for a replacement or return, we require a continuous, unedited unboxing video that clearly shows the parcel being opened and the issue with the item.
Exchanges & Returns
Eligibility: Items must be returned within 7 business days of delivery. They must be unworn, in their original condition, and include all original Dear Maiah packaging.
- Exchanges: Domestic exchanges are facilitated at no extra cost. For international orders, the customer is responsible for return shipping fees.
- Refunds: Returns for a refund are subject to approval.
- Domestic Refunds: Approved refunds are subject to a 4% restocking fee.
- International Refunds: Approved refunds are subject to a variable restocking fee (typically 10–25%) to cover non-recoverable duties and taxes. Please contact us for country-specific details.
- All return shipping costs, duties, and taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
Final Sale: Customized, personalized, or promotional items, as well as pieces purchased during special sales, are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
How to Initiate a Return/Exchange
Please contact our customer care team via our official social media channels within 7 business days of delivery. Provide your name, order number, and reason for the request. Note: Purchases made through our partner retail stores must be returned directly to those retailers.
